I would describe myself as a person committed to constant growth in all areas of living through lifelong learning and development, feeling enthusiastic to share the gathered knowledge and experience further on.
My inspiration is the contribution I can make so that Customers feel the difference as a result of the actions undertaken.
Professional background:
Passionate executive with 14+ years of experience in Operations, Finance and HR out of which:
- 7 years of international experience in Operations serving as Operations Director, Multi Plant Manager and Plant Manager engaged with world class automotive suppliers: Johnson Controls, Adient and Lear Corporation.
- 4 years finance executive experience as Plant Controller at Johnson Controls and Pivara Skopje, Joint Venture of Coca-Cola Hellenic and Heineken.
- 3+ years finance experience as external auditor at KPMG and Grant Thornton.
